Hi, I\u2019m Jannik, born and raised in Berlin. After 10 years away from the city, I just moved back few months ago to join ONOMOTION and to enjoy the vibrant city of Berlin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In my spare time, I enjoy to hang out with friends, travel and despite the fact that I\u2018m not the most talented at languages, I\u2019m studying Spanish. I used to volunteer as Barista\/Barkeeper at Cafe Mellemrummet \u2013 a great hostel to stay in Copenhagen – before I moved and as one of my resolution for 2022 I plan to become socially engaged once again.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
Can you tell us about some of the latest projects you’ve worked on? <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I hold position of Assistant to CEO but support the team in recruitment and HR-tasks these days. To find talented and qualified employees is crucial in order to ensure the growth of ONOMOTION.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My projects vary from organizing and writing reports for our partners as well as preparing applications for funding programmes to publishing job ads, selecting and contacting applicants and eventually setting up the onboarding processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why did you choose to work at ONOMOTION<\/strong>?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I lived in Copenhagen for more than 5 years, which is one of the most bike-friendly cities in the world. I learned how much the quality of life increases in cities where the common mode of traffic is the bike instead of the car and cyclists are prioritized in most parts of society, especially in infrastructural projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During a project about bike deliveries in Copenhagen I got to know ONOMOTION and loved the product and concept. I got to know part of the team and got a great impression. After a while I decided to focus my career on this area of logistics and be part of the mission to make the last mile more sustainable and to relieve the city centres of car traffic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After almost 3 months of working at ONOMOTION, I haven\u2019t regretted my decision at all and feel lucky to be part of such a great, fun, and motivated team. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
