Can you tell us a bit about yourself? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I’m Inga, mother of an 11-year-old son. I\u2019ve lived in Berlin for 20 years, with various stops between Panama and Japan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m an enthusiastic cyclist and an absolute city person. I love the diversity of people in cities, the individual freedom and equally love nature and its solitude. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What is your role in your department? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m at home in marketing and communications. Since January 2021, I joined ONOMOTION as Head of Marketing & Communication. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\n

What\u2019s your experience been like working at ONOMOTION? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For me, what I promote is important. Changing mobility in the long term motivates me every day in my work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, I met the challenge of starting this position during the pandemic and lockdown with great respect. At the beginning, I was rarely able to see my colleagues and my own team in person. But work is only half of life and besides this new start there was my child in home schooling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luckily, at ONOMOTION it\u2019s possible to combine work and family: flexible working hours, home office and on-site work, a great team and a digital work environment allow this. The team cohesion is fantastic, and I am happy to be part of it. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
